Originally, we covered North Devon exclusively but as we have grown so has our reach, enabling us to cover larger and larger areas as we expand.
As 2023 came we were proud to announce that our property management service now covers the whole of Great Britain.
Our Managing Director, Magnus Ritzen, has been managing holiday homes and arranging changeover cleans of holiday homes for over 15 years throughout the South West of England, before establishing Coastal Life Limited, now Holiday Changeovers, in 2010.
